
Plan and implement Human Resources optimisation programme for Engineering Services / enabling technology company to:
Develop / implement and manage staff and managers handbooks for Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
Update & reissue contracts of employment in line with current legislation.
Develop effective disciplinary and grievance procedures for the workplace and help deal with managing workplace stress.
Deliver effective recruitment and selection skills training, performance improvement and disciplinary and grievance procedures workshops for managers / supervisors.
Act as HR Director to provide hands on support and advice, be a sounding board for Managing Directors on strategic and tactical people issues including acquisition and TUPE transfers.
Define and agree business vision, values, strategy and HR policy with group board of leading automotive company. Conduct gap analysis & agree plan to achieve IIP recognition.
